Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using bgslice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

bgslice provides two services:

• Instant Removal: Automated AI-powered background removal with immediate results
• Professional Service: Manual background removal by our team within 24 hours, with perfect edge refinement

Both services are provided free of charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload images you own or have permission to process
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not upload images containing personal identification documents
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or hack our systems
• Respect our rate limits (10 images/hour for Instant, 3 orders/day for Professional)

Prohibited Content

You may not upload images containing:

• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Explicit or adult content
• Hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and terminate access to users who repeatedly violate them.

Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage and service availability:

• Instant Removal: Maximum 10 images per hour per IP address
• Professional Service: Maximum 3 orders per day per email/IP address

Exceeding these limits will result in temporary blocking.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your images.

Our Service: The bgslice platform, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to our service
• Error-free operation
• Specific processing times or quality levels

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Perfect background removal quality
• Suitability for your specific use case
• Compatibility with all file formats or sizes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bgslice shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

Professional Service Terms

For our Professional Service:

• We aim to deliver processed images within 24 hours
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• We may decline orders that violate our terms
• Processed images will be available for download for 7 days

Privacy

Your use of bgslice is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our service for violations of these terms or any other reason, at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
