Data Storage and Retention

Images (both services): Stored on AWS S3 (US East region) and automatically deleted after 7 days. Processing also occurs on Oracle Cloud (Mumbai, India).

Email addresses (Professional Service): Stored indefinitely in our database for order history and may be used for future marketing communications. You can request deletion at any time.

Order data: Order IDs and submission timestamps are retained for customer support purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transfers are encrypted using HTTPS
• Images are stored on secure AWS S3 buckets
• IP addresses are hashed and never stored in plain text
