Do I need to create an account?

No account needed! For instant removal, just upload and download. For professional service, we only need your email to send you the processed images.

How does instant removal work?

Our AI automatically detects the subject in your image and removes the background in about 1 minute. It works best for images with clear subjects like people, products, and objects.

What file formats are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. Maximum file size is 10MB per image for instant removal.

What resolution will my output be?

Output images are up to 1024px on the longest side in WebP format. This provides high quality while keeping file sizes manageable.

What's the difference from instant removal?

How long does it take?

Can I upload more than 3 images?

You can submit up to 3 images per day for free. This limit helps us maintain quality service for everyone.

Maximum 20MB per image for professional service. We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats.

How long are my images stored?

Instant removal: Images are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Professional service: Images are stored for 7 days, then automatically deleted.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All uploads are encrypted using HTTPS. Your images are stored securely on AWS S3 and automatically deleted after the retention period. We never share your images with anyone.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes! You retain all rights to your images. The processed images are yours to use for any purpose, commercial or personal.

Why am I getting rate limited?

To ensure fair usage, we limit instant removal to 10 images per hour and professional service to 3 images per day per IP address/email. Wait for the time period to reset.

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?

For instant removal, try uploading a different image or use our professional service for manual refinement. For professional service issues, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

I didn't receive my professional service results

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, use your order ID to track your order or contact us with your order details.
